Old Fashioned Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 6 medium-sized red potatoes, quartered
- 1 12 oz. bag baby carrots
- 2 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- parsley
Directions
- Brown chicken in oil.
- In drippings, brown onions.
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Gradually stir in 2 cups water.
- Cook, stirring, until mixture boils and thickens slightly; pour over chicken.
- Stir in
