Zucchini Rounds

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese
- 1/8 teas. pepper
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. grated zucchini
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Stir in eggs.
- Add squash.
- Heat margarine or bacon grease and drop batter in by spoonfuls.
- Brown on both sides like pancakes.
