Gulliver's Creamed Corn

Serves 8.
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. frozen kernel corn (20 oz.)
- 1 cup half & half cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except last two in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Blend melted butter with flour, add to the corn, mix well, and remove from heat.
