Corn Bread Casserole

Donna Driver Can be frozen. Serves: 16.
Ingredients
- 2 large chopped onions
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 (17 oz. cans) creamed corn
- 1 lb. pkg cornmeal muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven 425° — bake for 35" in a 9 x 13" pan.
- Saute onions in butter.
- Mix eggs & milk.
- Add corn & muffin mix.
- Spread batter into dish.
- Spoon onions over top.
- Cover w/ sour cream.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until puffed and golden.
- Let stand 10" before cutting.
