Corn Bread Casserole

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 425° — bake for 35" in a 9 x 13" pan.
  2. Saute onions in butter.
  3. Mix eggs & milk.
  4. Add corn & muffin mix.
  5. Spread batter into dish.
  6. Spoon onions over top.
  7. Cover w/ sour cream.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake until puffed and golden.
  10. Let stand 10" before cutting.
