Chinese Noodles
Ingredients
- 4 oz vermicelli rice noodles
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 3 Tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Prepare the vermicelli according to package directions. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain
well.
- Put the oil, vinegar, soy, fish, and hoisin sauces, and sesame oil in a bowl, season with salt
and pepper to taste, and whisk to combine. Add the drained noodles and toss to coat.
